Please note that all types of consultation below will require a drawn to scale floor plan. Should you require one to be drawn up professionally, you can contact Fen to get more details.

You will be required to complete a checklist which will require you to obtain the year the premise was built, birthdates of all occupants residing in the premise (and only birthdates of key staff in commercial premise). Once the completed checklist is forwarded with a deposit, you will receive confirmation of the day and time of the consult and the terms and requirements prior to the consultation day.
